Paging through an issue of 'Missouri Conservation Magazine, I noticed a snow scene with really warm lighting. With the benefit of a bit of time, I decided to see what I could do with it. As the painting developed, I thought to suggest that it was getting warm enough for the snow to be visibly dropping from the tree. Hopefully one of my patrons who already owns one of my snow scenes will decide to own this one as well.
